It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our friend and true tree-ro, Sal Hernandez. A certified arborist and owner of S & H Tree Service in Ramona, he lost his life in a non-tree-related camping incident. Super Sal was an amazing inspiration for all of us in how to best serve our profession. We can honor him in our daily work by sharing his love and passion for people and trees.
Es con gran tristeza que compartimos el fallecimiento de nuestro amigo y verdadero arbolista, Sal Hernández. Un arbolista certificado y dueño de S & H Tree Service en Ramona Ca, perdió la vida en un incidente de campamento no relacionado con los árboles. Súper Sal fue una inspiración increíble para todos nosotros en cómo servir mejor a nuestra profesión. Podemos honrar en nuestro trabajo diario, compartiendo su amor y pasión por la gente y los árboles.
Memorial Services
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 26th at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 537 E Street, Ramona, CA 92065; with burial following. The family will be holding a wake at their residence (2014 Montecito Rd. Ramona, CA 92065) starting the evening of Monday, February 25th at 6:00 p.m. Any friends who would like to attend are welcome, they will have an opportunity to spend time with the Hernandez family and say their farewells to Sal.

Un servicio memorial está previsto para Hernández a las 10 am, el martes, 26 de febrero en la Iglesia Corazón Inmaculado de María, con la sepultura siguiendo en Nuevo Memory Gardens, de acuerdo a los Hermanos Bonham y Stwart Mortuary.
María Hernandez, esposa de Sal, indicó que habrá un velorio en su residencia (2014 Rd Montecito. Ramona, CA 92065) a partir de la tarde del lunes 25 de febrero a las 6:00 pm. Todos los amigos que quieran asistir tendrán la oportunidad de pasar tanto tiempo con la familia y Sal como les gustaría.
